I was talking to my good friends back home the Packards not to long ago when momma Packard related a story to me about 4yr old Celeste. Celeste was giving the pray in Primary and it was a short sweet prayer. This is what she said. Dear Heavenly Father. Please bless Joel and Marta to have a Baby. and then she ended it. Cracks me up like anybody in that Primary besides the Packards knows who Marta and Joel are. Also funny or maybe sad that the Packard children still continue to pray for Joel and I. I'm surprised they haven't lost faith yet.
The other funny story happened this Sunday. I had called a good friend the DeBry's to ask if they would be willing to be one of our references for adoption. I guess after I got off the phone with Momma DeBry she told her husband while we had called. Which one of her 8 children Peter the 6yr old said the DuLudes are going to adopt me. (in his way excited voice) Then he said I love Joel.
We love are friends children they always seem to know how to make Joel and I smile and laugh. It doesn't hurt that they are all so darn cute either.

Your first story brought tears to my eyes - so sweet! And the second story cracked me up - I don't know which one was sweeter. You guys are awesome and will make some baby very happy!!! We pray it is sooner than later! Love ya!!!
Haha that's funny about the DeBry's kid! Yeah I never rant on my blog, but it's probably better than sitting around complaining to just get it out all at once. Jack starts at Wellmont tomorrow, then has all of Thanksgiving weekend off :] I'm so excited! Finally the ICU, then finally some family time! I hope y'all are doing well and keep posting about the adoption process, that's so exciting! :]
